Technical assistance
The multi-functional support engineering team operates to provide the full range of technical services to civil and military Customers, in order to solve in-service events, reduce the maintenance burden and perform reliability and maintainability analysis.
Configuration Management
We offer a complete in-service configuration management based on technical and management methods for defining, governing and tracing “Configuration”. Configuration Management is applied on each Configuration Item defined as a component, module, sub-assembly, apparatus, technical manual, software or Ground Support Equipment.
Supportability analysis
We define and assess all the necessary support resources through the total life of an asset in order to improve the efficiency of support provision.
Technical publications
According to Customers’ requirements, we offer a complete suite of fully supported manuals to provide Customers with the most effective and immediate service and communication.
Logistic services
